Mo Vawda
Mo Vawda is a nationally-renowned stand-up comedian with more than five years of performing on South Africa’s biggest stages under his belt, and sharing those stages with a variety of South African comedic heavyweights.
A man of many talents, Mo is a film director of multiple international short films, a scriptwriter on feature films, sitcoms, series and short skits and an actor in multiple short films; skits including a feature film and a new series filmed for “The Talent”. He’s also a part of a YouTube series called “Shop Boys” as well as a Lotus FM presenter for the SABC.
A popular figure in media circles, Mo has been featured as an interview guest on numerous radio stations. An academic by profession, Mo is a lecturer at UKZN and researcher on multiple projects and he’s the marketing director for BBG International and DigiboyZ.
